The Logo Design Service was an offering for which I managed the entire launch and crafted all brand/product messaging.  This helped fulfill a critical gap in helping small businesses enhance their online presence and was a key addition to GoDaddy's website services portfolio.

I wrote an article about data backup + security for Microsoft Office 365 for the small business blog The Garage. The article was used extensively by GoDaddy's biz dev team to highlight why SMBs require these products to ensure data continuity.

I managed the complete overhaul of the brand promise, messaging, and key "reasons to believe" for GoDaddy Pro. These efforts were based on extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of brand sentiment expressed by current and prospective customers.
